Accessing the Services

Access to services

Beneficiaries: Children aged 0-18, with and without placement in the degree, from the territory of Romania, Bessarabia, Diaspora.

Following the telephone discussion, you will receive a Treatment Admission Questionnaire that you can also download from here: Treatment Admission Questionnaire 2023.

The completed admission questionnaire, together with other relevant documents regarding the child’s basic condition and other associated secondary conditions: Medical letter from the last hospitalization / specialist doctor, x-rays, MRI, EEG, medical tests, are sent to mail office@mariabeatrice.ro.

If the procedures performed at the center are compatible with the underlying condition and associated secondary conditions, positive approval is given.

After obtaining the positive opinion, the admission procedure is entered and the date of arrival and the time of the initial medical consultation are determined.

The treatment sessions are for two weeks.

Accommodation is provided Saturday-Sunday, at the beginning of the session.
The apartments with 1, 2 or 3 rooms, are located in a residential area, new blocks, first floor or ground floor, TV in each room, wireless internet, apartment centrals;
Specific equipment for children with neuromotor disorders: McLaren stroller, dining chair, professional postural chair with multiple adjustments, mesh supports for bathing.
Kitchen appliances: fridge with freezer, stove, microwave oven, blender, mixer, dishes for cooking, glasses, crockery, cutlery, sieve, bowls, etc.;
Household equipment: washing machine, drying racks (1 rack / room), ironing board, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, mop bucket;
Bedrooms: matrimonial bed (mattress 200×160);
Optional: additional bed (mattress 200×90).
The apartments are located at a distance of 500m - 2km from the Maria Beatrice Center.
  • The child under treatment, together with the relatives, occupies a room;
  • The child can be accompanied by a maximum of two adults and one brother/sister;
  • When making the appointment, the people who are going to arrive at the accommodation will be listed. (Ex: mother, grandmother, brother/sister)

  • • Medical consultation (at the scheduled time);
    • Communicating the schedule for the entire treatment period;
    1. Copy of the child's birth certificate; (only when accessing the services for the first time)
    2. Copy of the parents' identity documents; (only when accessing the services for the first time)
    3. Copy after the divorce sentence (if applicable);
    4. Copy of the child's medical documents (exit tickets - from which the medical history can be obtained); (starting with the second access to the services, only the child's most recent medical documents are brought)
    5. Original certificate from the family doctor stating that "the child can be integrated into the community";
    6. Medical analyzes (coproparasitological and pharyngeal exudate); (valid for 6 months)
    7. Copy of the valid medical certificate, from the specialist doctor;
    8. Copy of the valid decision of the Commission (Complex Evaluation Service (SEC) within the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection (DGASPC) of domicile);
    9. Copy of the valid certificate of placement in the degree;
    10. Copy of the valid recovery plan;
    11. The contract with the family issued by the DGASPC in the area of residence (contract, if any, between the case manager and the child's legal representative).

    (Acts 8,9,10) only for children who have a file at the DGASPC (General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection) in the area of residence.

    Any of the documents mentioned above, which change or lose their validity, must be updated.

    • towel and robe for hydrotherapy, shower gel;
    • oil and large towel for massage;
