At the age of 10 months, when he came to Maria Beatrice Center, P. F.❤ had delayed motor development, low tone, walked with a wide base of support and was slightly unbalanced.

Through individual Hydrokinetotherapy in water at 34 Degrees Celsius and Kinetotherapy, with a personalized therapeutic plan and having common goals for all areas of intervention, P.F. made amazing motor progress! His muscles have strengthened, his base of support during walking has decreased, his balance has improved, and he now walks up and down stairs independently and runs with confidence. His development is impressive, turning into an active, curious and energetic child!

Furthermore, through VML (Verbal Motor Learning) Speech Therapy, P.F. has improved his verbalization skills and language development!

But the most important in all this process is the fact that the Center's therapists establish together with the beneficiary child's Family common and personalized objectives, which also allow the correction of motor patterns that otherwise would have been much more difficult to modify later. Thus, our objectives are also achieved through adjustments in the recreational activities at home, taking into account the expressed interests of the child and contributing to the continuous stimulation of communication skills and to the consolidation of progress in a natural and pleasant way for the child.
